My training program is designed to bring you to a good level of core stability and strength, that will enhance your overall fitness, protect you from injury and make you feel great ! Most importantly, we will do it carefully by progressing at a pace that takes account of any existing injuries or body weaknesses and keeps you safe.
I offer one-to-one training. After an initial assessment of your needs and goals I will build a bespoke program that will continually evolve as you gain strength and flexibility. The challenges will be endless. During the training I will fully explain why you are doing certain moves so that you can practice and include these into your current exercise regime. Eventually you will be your own personal trainer!
